Session Interpretation / Why This Session Matters
Overall readiness was good, with no lingering fatigue. Everything felt snappy—not too easy, but nowhere near maximal effort. The paused 125 kg single was RPE 7.5–8 versus approximately 8.5 the previous Wednesday, suggesting improved readiness or efficiency, while acknowledging normal day-to-day RPE variation.
Narrow-grip bench at 95 kg for 3×6 @7 and weighted pull-ups at +10 kg for 3×6 @7 repeated last week’s baselines. The pushdowns were omitted because the equipment was unavailable, not due to discomfort or fatigue. This was an appropriately controlled midweek session ahead of Friday’s planned heavy bench exposure.
